The Composition, Function, and Development Law of Sports Soft Power

摘要: 体育软实力的建设与发展是中国从体育大国迈向体育强国进程中一个紧迫且不容忽视的问题。文章对体育软实力的构成要素、其在体育强国建设中的功能，以及自身发展的独特规律等问题进行深刻的理论思考。研究认为，目前学术界往往将体育文化、体育价值观念等体育软实力资源直接视为体育软实力。实际上，这些资源唯有通过一定的传播工具和手段转化为实际影响力，方能成为真正的体育软实力。体育软实力资源、运用体育软实力资源的能力以及公众认同度三者共同决定了体育软实力的水平，也正是这些因素塑造了体育软实力的功能和特殊发展规律。

Abstract: The construction and development of sports soft power is an issue that cannot be ignored and is also an urgent issue in China’s process of moving from a major sports country to a sports power. This paper conducts in-depth theoretical thinking on the composition of sports soft power, its function in building a sports power, and the unique laws governing its own development. The study argues that currently, the academic community often directly regards sports culture, sports values, and other sports soft power resources as sports soft power. In reality, only when these sports soft power resources exert their influence through certain communication tools or means can they be transformed into sports soft power. Sports soft power resources, the ability to utilize sports soft power resources, and people’s recognition of them together constitute the level of sports soft power, and it is these factors that determine the function and unique development law of sports soft power.
