摘要: 本文旨在分析中国汽车产业向电动化、智能化转型的宏观背景下，立足全国及区域产业格局，结合相关政策导向，剖析吉林省作为传统汽车工业基地所面临的机遇与挑战，探索以政策引领、新能源、智能化、创新人才为支撑的发展路径，支撑吉林省汽车产业转型升级，具有显著的现实意义。

Abstract: Against the macro background of China’s automobile industry shifting toward electrification and intelligence, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Jilin Province—a traditional automobile industrial base—from the perspective of the national and regional industrial pattern and relevant policy orientation. It explores a development path underpinned by policy guidance, new energy, intelligent technology and innovative talents, so as to facilitate the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry in Jilin Province, which bears remarkable practical significance.
