数字时代下中学教师核心素养提升策略研究
Research on Strategies for Enhancing Core Literacy of Middle School Teachers in the Digital Era
摘要: 伴随数字时代的持续发展,教育领域的数字化转型已形成不可逆转的发展趋势。中学思想政治课作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,教师的数字素养状况与育人实际成效之间存在着直接关联。本文将立足于时代大背景下,深入剖析了当前中学思政教师数字素养面临的现实困境,例如技术应用与价值引领的“两张皮”现象、数字资源“消化不良”、数字伦理意识薄弱等现象。结合当前的热点背景,大思政课建设、双减政策、教育数字化战略行动,从精神赋能、制度保障、实践创新、伦理规约四个维度,系统地构建了中学教师数字素养的提升路径,旨在为锻造新时代高素质、专业化、创新型思政教师队伍提供理论参考与实践镜鉴。
Abstract: With the continuous development of the digital era, the digital transformation in the field of education has formed an irreversible trend. As a key course in fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, the digital literacy of secondary school political and ideological education teachers is directly linked to the actual effectiveness of their educational outcomes. This paper, based on the broader context of the times, delves into the practical challenges currently faced by secondary school political and ideological education teachers in terms of digital literacy, such as the “two separate skins” phenomenon of technical application and value guidance, “indigestion” of digital resources, and weak digital ethics awareness. Combining current hot topics—such as the construction of comprehensive ideological and political education courses, the double reduction policy, and the strategic initiative for educational digitalization—this study systematically constructs pathways to enhance the digital literacy of secondary school teachers from four dimensions: spiritual empowerment, institutional safeguards, practical innovation, and ethical regulation. The aim is to provide theoretical references and practical insights for cultivating a high-quality, professional, and innovative team of political and ideological education teachers in the new era.
