基于窗口时间影响分析法的海外土建工程工期索赔研究——以阿曼某项目为例

摘要: 随着我国工程建设企业拓展海外市场,工期管理与索赔成为项目成效关键。本文以阿曼某土建项目为例,采用窗口时间影响分析法分析工期延误及责任划分。研究显示,该方法可清晰量化延误事件对总工期的影响,为承包商工期索赔提供依据,并降低违约风险。本文提出管理优化建议,为海外项目工期索赔提供参考。
Abstract: With Chinese contractors expanding overseas, schedule management and delay claims are critical. This paper analyzes a civil construction project in Oman using Windowed Time Impact Analysis (TIA + WTI) to assess delays and responsibility allocation. Results show the method quantifies delay impacts and supports contractors’ claims while mitigating liquidated damages risk. Management recommendations are provided for overseas projects.
