鄂州进近接管自动化参数调整方案设计与实施
Design and Implementation of Automated Parameter Adjustment Scheme for Ezhou Approach Takeover
摘要: 为优化鄂州进近空域资源配置、提升管制运行效率,中国民用航空中南地区空中交通管理局湖北分局开展鄂州进近接管自动化系统调整工作。文章结合空域结构优化需求,系统阐述鄂州进近接管中的自动化参数调整方案,包括空域结构调整(垂直高度降至0~900米、衔接扇区变更为新AP06扇区)、运行模式变更(离港航班采用“起飞即强制投递武汉进近”模式)、自动化参数适配(分两阶段完成柱体扇区、航行情报等4类配置)及系统间数据交互优化(沿用异构框架、优化端口与数据引接)。通过测试验证与分阶段实施,方案实现了空域管制范围合理收缩、移交流程简化及系统稳定运行,为民航进近接管自动化参数调整提供实践参考。
Abstract: To optimize the allocation of airspace resources for approach in Ezhou and improve air traffic control efficiency, the Hubei Branch of the Central and Southern Regional Air Traffic Management Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration of China carried out adjustments to the automated approach takeover system in Ezhou. This paper, combined with the needs of airspace structure optimization, systematically elaborates on the automated parameter adjustment scheme in Ezhou approach takeover, including airspace structure adjustment (vertical altitude reduced to 0~900 meters, connecting sector changed to the new AP06 sector), change of operating mode (departing flights adopt the “forced delivery to Wuhan approach upon takeoff” mode), automated parameter adaptation (completing the configuration of four types of systems including column sectors and aeronautical information in two phases), and optimization of data interaction between systems (using the heterogeneous framework, optimizing ports and data connections). Through testing and phased implementation, the scheme achieved reasonable contraction of airspace control area, simplification of the handover process, and stable system operation, providing practical reference for the adjustment of automated parameters for civil aviation approach takeover.
