公共卫生人才数据应用能力培养的实践
Practice in Cultivating the Ability of Applying Data for Public Health Talent
摘要: 健康大数据时代的到来对公共卫生人才的数据应用能力提出了全新且更高的要求,传统预防医学专业人才培养模式因课程体系滞后、实践教学不足等问题,已难以适配行业发展需求。研究围绕公共卫生人才数据应用能力培养开展系统性教学改革实践。通过修订人才培养方案、改革核心课程教学模式、建设专业案例库、多维提升师生大数据素养、搭建校地协同实践平台、以赛促学强化实战能力六大举措,构建起“大纲–课程–实践”多元协同的人才培养体系。结果表明,改革后初步形成了大数据相关课程体系与标准化教学资源,师生大数据素养与数据应用能力显著提升,学生在赛事实践与毕业论文数据挖掘中表现突出,人才培养质量得到有效优化。研究成果为健康大数据背景下公共卫生专业人才培养模式的创新与优化提供了参考和理论支撑。
Abstract: The advent of the health big data era has placed new and higher demands on the data application capabilities of public health professionals. The traditional talent cultivation model in preventive medicine, hampered by an outdated curriculum system and insufficient practical training, has become unable to meet industry requirements. This study implements a systematic teaching reform focused on enhancing the data application competencies of public health professionals. Through six key measures-including revising talent development plans, reforming the teaching methodologies of core courses, establishing a professional case library, improving the big data literacy of faculty and students in multiple dimensions, creating university-local collaborative practice platforms, and leveraging competitions to strengthen practical skills-a diversified and integrated talent cultivation framework encompassing “curriculum guidelines, courses, and practical training” has been established. Results show that the reform has led to the development of a standardized big data-related curriculum system and teaching resources, with significant improvements in the big data literacy and application capabilities of faculty and students. Students performed outstandingly in competition practices and data mining tasks for their graduation theses, effectively optimizing the quality of talent cultivation. These findings provide valuable references and theoretical support for innovating and refining public health talent cultivation models in the context of health big data.
