薄氏腹针联合热奄包治疗原发性痛经的临床研究最新进展

Recent Advances in Clinical Studies of Primary Dysmenorrhea Treatment with Bo’s Abdominal Acupuncture Combined with Hot Ammo Pack

摘要: 原发性痛经为妇科常见病，西医治疗存在副作用、易复发等弊端。中医薄氏腹针与热奄均为治疗原发性痛经的常用外治手段，二者联用可发挥温经通络、活血化瘀、调和气血的协同作用。本文梳理近年相关研究，总结联合疗法的作用机制与临床疗效，分析当前研究短板，为该疗法的规范化临床应用及后续研究提供参考。

Abstract: Primary dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological disorder. Western medical interventions are associated with limitations including side effects and a high recurrence rate. Both Bo’s abdominal acupuncture and hot compress therapy (Hot ammo pack) are widely used external therapeutic methods for dysmenorrhea. Their combination exerts a synergistic effect of warming the meridians, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and regulating qi and blood. This article reviews the relevant research in recent years, summarizes the mechanism of action and clinical efficacy of the combined therapy, and analyzes the existing shortcomings in current studies. The findings provide a reference for the standardized clinical application and future research directions of this therapy.
