基于服务–学习理论的社区护理学实验课程改革探索与效果评价

Exploration and Effect Evaluation of Experimental Course Reform in Community Nursing Based on Service-Learning Theory

摘要: 老龄化和社会实践课程建设背景下，构建并实施基于服务–学习理论的项目化社区护理实验体系。探索老龄化背景下社区护理实验教学的新模式，促进国家级社会实践一流课建设。本研究面向老龄化，进行社区护理实验课程目标的修订、项目化实验体系构建以及课程质量保证与评价。通过项目的开展加强了社会背景、学科建设以及学生培养的紧密联系，形成以突出社会责任培养、综合能力及创新思维训练为目的的项目化教学新模式。建立老龄化背景下的项目化社区护理学实验内容体系有助于学生社会责任感、创新能力等综合能力的培养，促进课程改革，加强社区护理学科建设，为其它相关学科建设提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: Against the background of population aging and social practice curriculum construction, this study constructs and implements a project-based community nursing experimental system based on service-learning theory. It explores a new model of community nursing experimental teaching under the background of an aging population to promote the construction of national first-class social practice courses. Targeting population aging, this study revises the objectives of community nursing experimental courses, constructs a project-based experimental system, and establishes mechanisms for curriculum quality assurance and evaluation. The implementation of projects strengthens the close connection between social demands, disciplinary construction and student cultivation, forming an innovative project-based teaching model that highlights the cultivation of social responsibility as well as the training of comprehensive capabilities and innovative thinking. The establishment of the project-based experimental system for Community Nursing Experiments under the aging context is conducive to cultivating students’ comprehensive competencies such as social responsibility and innovative ability. It can facilitate curriculum reform, strengthen the disciplinary development of community nursing, and provide references for the construction of other related disciplines.
