机器视觉在卷烟包装检测仪器中的应用研究

摘要: 卷烟包装质量影响产品竞争力和消费者体验。传统人工目视检测存在效率低、误差大等弊端,无法满足行业生产需求。近年来,机器视觉技术凭借高效、精准等优势,逐步替代人工检测,成为卷烟包装检测仪器核心技术支撑。文章结合真实应用案例,系统分析机器视觉技术在卷烟包装检测仪器中的应用价值、核心技术架构和应用场景,并剖析应用困境,探索优化路径,为行业包装检测仪器的智能化升级和检测效能提升提供参考,助力实现精益生产和质量管控的提质增效。
Abstract: Cigarette packaging quality affects product competitiveness and consumer experience. Traditional manual visual inspection has drawbacks such as low efficiency and high error rates, which cannot meet industry production requirements. With advantages of high efficiency and accuracy, machine vision technology is gradually replacing manual inspection and has become the core technological support for cigarette packaging inspection instruments. This paper, combined with real application cases, systematically analyzes its application value, core technical architecture, and application scenarios in cigarette packaging inspection instruments, examines application difficulties, explores optimization paths, and provides references for the intelligent upgrade of packaging inspection instruments in the industry, improving inspection efficiency and supporting lean production and quality control enhancement.
