社区嵌入式艺术疗愈养老服务模式创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Community-Embedded Art Therapy for the Aged Service Model

摘要: 人口老龄化背景下，老年人精神健康需求日益突出，传统心理干预与养老服务存在资源不足、服务门槛高、精神关怀缺失等问题。艺术疗愈是精神慰藉服务的其中一种，作为非药物、非临床的养老服务手段，在提升老年人幸福感、促进社会联结与积极老龄化方面具有独特优势。本研究围绕社区嵌入式艺术疗愈服务模式创新，以美育精神陪伴与人文关怀为核心，分析老年人精神需求特征与艺术疗愈作用机制，探索高校艺术类学生参与社区服务的可行路径，构建“高校–社区–老年人”三方共赢的可持续养老服务模式。研究表明，以“课程实践 + 志愿服务 + 人才孵化”为核心的联合模式，能有效提升老年福祉、促进青年学生成长、完善社区养老服务、彰显高校社会价值，为社区养老创新、高校社会服务及积极老龄化实践提供理论与实践参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of population aging, the mental health needs of the elderly have become increasingly prominent. Traditional psychological interventions and elderly care services are plagued by issues such as insufficient resources, high service thresholds, and a lack of spiritual care. As a non-pharmaceutical and non-clinical approach to elderly care, art therapy serves as a form of spiritual comfort provision and boasts unique advantages in enhancing the well-being of the elderly, fostering social connection, and advancing active aging. This study focuses on the model innovation of community-embedded art therapy services, with aesthetic education-based spiritual companionship and humanistic care at its core. It analyzes the characteristics of the elderly’s spiritual needs and the mechanism of art therapy, explores feasible pathways for art students from universities to participate in community services, and constructs a sustainable elderly care service model that achieves a win-win situation among universities, communities, and the elderly. Research findings demonstrate that the joint model centered on “curriculum practice + voluntary service + talent incubation” can effectively improve elderly well-being, promote the growth of young students, refine community elderly care services, and highlight the social value of universities. This provides theoretical and practical references for the innovation of community elderly care, university social services, and the practice of active aging.
