摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化进程加速，养老服务市场化已成为缓解供给压力的重要路径。然而，在这一进程中，资本的逐利本性与养老服务的公益属性之间逐渐显现出深刻张力，公平矛盾日益凸显。马克思主义平等观作为社会主义社会追求公平正义的理论根基，为审视和破解养老服务市场化中的平等困境提供了根本遵循。

Abstract: As the aging process of China’s population accelerates, the marketization of elderly care services has become an important path to alleviate supply-side pressures. However, in this process, a profound tension has gradually emerged between the profit-seeking nature of capital and the public welfare attributes of elderly care services, making issues of fairness increasingly prominent. As the theoretical foundation for pursuing fairness and justice in a socialist society, the Marxist conception of equality provides a fundamental guideline for examining and addressing the equity dilemmas arising from the marketization of elderly care services.
