人口老龄化视域下康养文旅融合的路径与机理

Pathways and Mechanisms of the Integration of Health, Wellness, and Cultural Tourism under the Perspective of Population Aging

摘要: 人口中度老龄化背景下，老龄群体需求从生存型养老向发展型享老跃迁，康养文旅融合成为激活银发经济、适配老年人高品质生活需求的重要业态。本文基于产业融合理论与服务主导逻辑，以老龄化社会的康养文旅需求为切入点，剖析康养文旅融合的需求驱动、资源整合、价值共创三维内在机理，系统梳理当前产业发展中存在的产品同质化、适老化服务失衡、产业协同松散等现实困境，从理念重塑、产品创新、产业协同、制度保障四个维度提出针对性优化路径，旨在为老龄友好型康养文旅产业的高质量发展提供理论支撑与实践参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of moderate population aging, the demands of the elderly group have shifted from subsistence-oriented elderly care to development-oriented elderly enjoyment, and the integration of health and wellness culture-tourism has emerged as a pivotal industry format for activating the silver economy and meeting the high-quality living needs of the elderly. Based on the industrial integration theory and the service-dominant logic, this paper takes the demand for health and wellness culture-tourism in an aging society as the starting point, and analyzes the three-dimensional internal mechanisms of the integration of health and wellness culture-tourism, namely demand driving, resource integration and value co-creation. It also systematically sorts out the practical predicaments in the current industrial development, such as product homogeneity, unbalanced elderly-friendly services and loose industrial collaboration. Furthermore, targeted optimization paths are proposed from four dimensions: concept reshaping, product innovation, industrial collaboration and institutional guarantee, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the high-quality development of an age-friendly health and wellness culture-tourism industry.
