面向脑卒中康养的医疗床产品发展现状与未来趋势
Development Status and Future Trends of Medical Beds for Stroke Rehabilitation and Care
摘要: 文章从脑卒中居家护理的含义、发展现状、国内脑卒中居家护理的模式及居家护理存在的问题和建议进行了阐述。整合脑卒中居家护理的国内外文献与临床调研数据，并聚焦康养医用护理产品的应用情况、发展现状与趋势，通过实地考察、文献调研与网络数据收集，重点阐述了医用护理床示例，分别在产品材质、色彩、使用功能等方面进行对比分析，根据脑卒中患者出院后居家护理的常见模式，提高我国老年脑卒中病人居家护理的质量和满意度，减轻社会经济负担，促进我国脑卒中居家护理的全面发展，探讨未来康养医用床产品的发展趋势。研究旨在为设计更具人性化、智能化、高效化的新一代脑卒中康复用床提供理论依据和方向指引。
Abstract: This paper elaborates on the definition, current development, domestic models, existing problems and countermeasures of home-based care for stroke patients. By reviewing domestic and foreign literature and clinical research data on stroke home care, it focuses on the application, development status and trends of medical care products for rehabilitation and elderly care. Combining field investigations, literature research and online data collection, this paper conducts a comparative analysis of typical medical nursing beds in terms of materials, colors and practical functions. Based on the common home care modes for discharged stroke patients, it aims to improve the quality and satisfaction of home care for elderly stroke patients in China, reduce social and economic burdens, and promote the comprehensive development of stroke home care services. It also explores the future development trends of medical care beds for rehabilitation and elderly care. This study provides theoretical basis and directional guidance for designing a new generation of humanized, intelligent and efficient beds for stroke rehabilitation.
