老年友好视角下老旧小区更新策略研究

Study on the Renewal Strategies of Old Residential Communities from the Perspective of Aged-Friendliness

摘要: 在老龄化与城市更新背景下，老旧小区适老化改造关注度越来越高。文章从老年友好视角出发，剖析老年人群需求与小区现状的矛盾，进而从公共活动空间与居住空间两个维度，提出构建多感官包容环境、破除行动壁垒、强化场所可读性、培育代际共生载体四项更新策略，为老旧小区的适老化改造和老年友好型社会的建设提供参考。

Abstract: Under the dual context of population aging and urban renewal, the aging-friendly renovation of old residential communities has garnered increasing attention. This study adopts an aged-friendly perspective to analyze the contradictions between the needs of the elderly and the existing conditions of these communities. It further proposes four renewal strategies from two dimensions—public activity spaces and residential spaces: creating a multi-sensory inclusive environment, removing barriers to mobility, enhancing spatial legibility, and fostering intergenerational shared spaces. The findings aim to provide references for the aging-friendly renovation of old residential communities and the construction of an aged-friendly society.
