民办高校师范生兴趣–专业匹配度、专业承诺与从教意向的关系研究
A Study on the Relationship between Interest-Major Fit, Professional Commitment, and Teaching Intention of Normal Students in Private Universities
摘要: 目的:探讨兴趣–专业匹配度对民办高校师范生从教意向的影响,以及专业承诺的中介作用。方法:采用便利抽样法,在线招募2207名民办高校师范生为研究对象。采用兴趣–专业匹配度量表、专业承诺量表以及从教意向量表进行线上问卷调查。结果:(1) 兴趣–专业匹配度对民办高校师范生从教意向具有显著的正向影响;(2) 兴趣–专业匹配度对民办高校师范生专业承诺具有显著的正向影响;(3) 专业承诺对民办高校师范生从教意向具有显著的正向影响;(4) 专业承诺在兴趣–专业匹配度与民办高校师范生从教意向之间起中介作用。结论:兴趣–专业匹配度有助于促进民办师范生的从教意向,专业承诺在其中起中介作用。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the impact of interest-major congruence on the teaching intention of teacher education students in private universities, as well as the mediating role of professional commitment. Method: Using convenience sampling, 2207 teacher education students from private universities were recruited online as research subjects. Online questionnaires were conducted using the Interest-Major Congruence Scale, Professional Commitment Scale, and Teaching Intention Scale. Results: (1) Interest-major congruence has a significant positive effect on the teaching intention of teacher education students in private universities; (2) Interest-major congruence has a significant positive effect on the professional commitment of teacher education students in private universities; (3) Professional commitment has a significant positive effect on the teaching intention of teacher education students in private universities; (4) Professional commitment mediates the relationship between interest-major congruence and the teaching intention of teacher education students in private universities. Conclusion: Interest-major congruence helps promote the teaching intention of private teacher education students, with professional commitment playing a mediating role.
