爱你老己,何以可为?——社会工作赋能青年自我关怀的实践路径研究
How Can We Love Ourselves? —A Study on the Practical Pathways of Social Work Empowering Youth Self-Care
摘要: 青年期是自我认知与人格塑造的关键阶段,面对学业竞争、就业压力、社交困惑等多重困境,青年自我关怀意识薄弱、能力不足等问题日益凸显。“爱你老己”以温柔俏皮的表达折射出当代青年在高压环境下对自我关怀的迫切需求,成为青年群体实现自我对话、缓解心理内耗的情感载体。虽折射出青年自我关怀意识的觉醒,但更暴露了其存在被动式、表层化、异化型的深层困境。社会工作以人本主义、助人自助为核心,凭借专业的理论支撑与实践方法,在赋能青年自我关怀方面具有天然的专业优势。本文通过剖析“爱你老己”现象背后青年自我关怀的三重矛盾表征,从结构性压力、认知偏差、文化异化三维度分析困境成因,构建“认知纠偏–情绪赋能–行为重构–系统支持”四位一体介入框架,探索多场景协同实践路径。研究旨在破解青年自我关怀的消费主义异化与情感隔离难题,推动其从“戏谑式自救”走向“主动式赋能”,为社会工作介入青年心理健康服务、筑牢青年心理韧性提供理论参考与实践借鉴,彰显新时代社会工作的人文价值与社会功能。
Abstract: Adolescence is a critical period for self-awareness and personality development. Facing academic competition, employment pressures, and social anxiety, young people increasingly exhibit weak self-care awareness and limited coping skills. The phrase “love yourself” reflects contemporary youth’s urgent need for self-care under high-pressure environments through its playful yet heartfelt expression, serving as an emotional anchor for self-reflection and psychological resilience. While demonstrating growing self-care consciousness, this phenomenon also reveals underlying challenges characterized by passive engagement, superficial approaches, and cultural alienation. Social work, rooted in humanism and self-help principles, possesses inherent professional advantages in empowering youth self-care through theoretical frameworks and practical methodologies. This study analyzes three contradictory manifestations of youth self-care behind the “love yourself” phenomenon, examines root causes through structural pressures, cognitive biases, and cultural alienation, and proposes an integrated intervention framework encompassing “cognitive correction, emotional empowerment, behavioral restructuring, and systemic support”. The research explores collaborative practice pathways across multiple scenarios, aiming to address consumerist distortions and emotional isolation in youth self-care. It advocates transitioning from “parody-based self-rescue” to “proactive empowerment”, providing theoretical insights and practical references for social work interventions in youth mental health services and psychological resilience development, thereby highlighting the humanistic value and social functions of social work in the new era.
