和美乡村建设背景下农村公共文化服务管理优化研究

Research on Optimization of Rural Public Cultural Services Management in the Context of Harmonious and Beautiful Countryside Construction

摘要: 和美乡村建设是乡村振兴发展的重要载体，而农村公共文化服务管理是和美乡村乡风文明建设的核心支柱。本文以协同治理理论为分析框架，通过对农村公共文化服务的供给、运行、监督进行研究，运用文献分析与比较研究法，系统分析当前农村公共文化服务管理的发展现状，以及目前存在的问题，从多方面进一步提出优化路径，为提升农村公共文化服务发展水平、助力和美乡村建设提供建设性意义。

Abstract: Hwam rural construction is an important vehicle for rural revitalization and development, while rural public cultural services management is the core pillar of Hwam rural culture civilization construction. This paper uses synergistic governance theory as the analytical framework. Through research on the provision, operation, and supervision of rural public cultural services, using literature analysis and comparative research methods, systematically analyzing the current development status of rural public cultural services management, as well as the current existing problems, it further proposes optimization paths from multiple aspects to improve the development level of rural public cultural services, facilitate and provide constructive meaning for Hwam rural construction.
