足球训练对小学高年级学生心理韧性的影响
The Effect of Football Training on Psychological Resilience of Upper Primary School Students
摘要: 为探讨足球训练对小学高年级学生心理韧性的影响,本研究采用问卷调查、实验干预及访谈等方法,随机抽取某实验小学五、六年级学生进行为期一个学期的系统足球训练干预。结果显示:实验组学生的心理韧性显著高于对照组;足球训练对男生心理韧性的提升效果略高于女生;系统的足球训练能有效提升学生的情绪调控能力、专注力及抗挫折能力。研究表明,足球训练作为一种团队体育运动,能够为小学高年级学生提供安全合理的情绪宣泄渠道,磨炼意志品质,增强团队合作意识,从而有效促进其心理韧性的发展。建议学校开发系统的足球课程,融合体育与心理教育,推动“以体育心”理念的落地。
Abstract: To explore the effect of football training on the psychological resilience of upper primary school students, this study adopted questionnaire surveys, experimental interventions, and interviews. A random sample of fifth and sixth grade students from an experimental primary school participated in a one-semester systematic football training intervention. The results showed that the psychological resilience of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The improvement in psychological resilience was slightly greater in boys than in girls. Systematic football training effectively enhanced students’ emotional regulation, concentration, and frustration tolerance. The findings indicate that football, as a team sport, provides upper primary school students with safe and appropriate channels for emotional catharsis, strengthens their willpower, and fosters team cooperation awareness, thereby effectively promoting the development of psychological resilience. It is recommended that schools develop systematic football curricula integrating physical and psychological education to implement the concept of “sports nurturing the mind.”
