工程造价专业《混凝土结构平法规则与钢筋构造》课程思政教学改革与实践
Teaching Reform and Practice of Curriculum Ideology and Politics for the Course of “Flat Drawing Rules and Reinforcement Detailing of Concrete Structures” in Engineering Cost Major
摘要: 针对工程造价专业课程思政与专业教育“两张皮”、思政融入生硬及造价人才诚信与责任素养培育不足等问题,以《混凝土结构平法规则与钢筋构造》课程为载体,构建“三维育人、四环递进”思政育人模式。以“文化传承铸魂、职业操守立身、精益思维固本”为三维价值引领,按“识图懂规、精构造、细算量、控成本”四环递进教学,创新“事–理–德–人”四步融入法,将思政元素系统嵌入造价核心能力培养全过程。结合BIM技术、混合式教学与校企真实项目驱动,建立“专业能力 + 职业素养”多维评价体系。实践表明,该模式有效实现价值引领、知识传授与能力培养有机统一,破解思政与专业教学脱节难题,形成可复制推广的工程造价课程思政实施范式,助力培养懂技术、守底线、有担当的新时代造价人才。
Abstract: Aiming at the problems such as the disconnection between ideological and political education and professional education in engineering cost major, the rigid integration of ideological and political elements, and the insufficient cultivation of integrity and responsibility literacy among engineering cost talents, this paper takes the course “Flat Drawing Rules of Concrete Structures and Reinforcement Detailing” as the carrier to construct an ideological and political education model of three-dimensional education and four-stage progressive training. Guided by the three-dimensional value orientation of “forging soul through cultural inheritance, establishing integrity through professional ethics, and consolidating foundation through lean thinking”, the teaching is carried out in four progressive stages: “understanding drawings and specifications, mastering structural details, conducting precise quantity calculation, and controlling project cost”. It innovates a four-step integration method of “event-principle-morality-person”, systematically embedding ideological and political elements into the whole process of cultivating core competencies in engineering cost. Combined with BIM technology, blended teaching and real school-enterprise project-driven teaching, a multi-dimensional evaluation system integrating professional competence and professional literacy is established. Practice shows that this model effectively realizes the organic integration of value guidance, knowledge imparting and ability cultivation, solves the problem of disconnection between ideological and political education and professional teaching, forms a replicable and promotable implementation paradigm for ideological and political education in engineering cost courses, and helps cultivate new-era engineering cost talents with professional expertise, bottom-line awareness and a strong sense of responsibility.
