“三全育人”视域下高校劳动教育课教学模式的转型与优化

Transformation and Optimization of University Labor Education Teaching Modes under the Framework of “Three Comprehensive Education”

摘要: 新时代背景下，劳动教育作为高校“五育并举”育人体系的重要组成部分，其育人价值的充分发挥离不开科学教学模式的支撑。“三全育人”理念以全员、全程、全方位的育人维度，为高校劳动教育课教学模式的转型优化提供了全新视域与实践框架。本文基于“三全育人”核心内涵，剖析当前高校劳动教育课教学模式的现存困境，探究两者的内在契合性，进而提出“全员协同参与、全程渗透融合、全方位覆盖赋能”的教学模式转型方向与具体优化路径，旨在提升高校劳动教育质量，培养具备正确劳动价值观、良好劳动素养的新时代大学生。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the new era, labor education serves as a vital component of the all-round education system featuring moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor education in colleges and universities. Its educational value can only be fully exerted with the support of scientific teaching modes. The concept of Three Comprehensive Education, which covers all staff, the whole process and all-round dimensions, provides a new perspective and practical framework for the transformation and optimization of teaching modes of college labor education courses. Based on the core connotation of Three Comprehensive Education, this paper analyzes the existing dilemmas of current teaching modes of college labor education courses and explores their internal compatibility. It further puts forward the transformation orientation and specific optimization paths of teaching modes featuring participation of all parties, in-depth integration throughout the whole process and all-round empowerment, aiming to improve the quality of college labor education and foster college students in the new era with correct labor values and sound labor literacy.
