高校法学专业案例分析课程教学改革探索

摘要: 不同于传统理论教学,法学专业案例分析课程具有理论课程与实践课程双重性质,对教学提出了更高的要求。但在当前案例分析课程教学中,课程设置有待优化、学生对课程重要性认识不足、案例素材不契合教学需求、教学环节不匹配课程性质、教学方法较为单一、考核方式忽略考查应用能力等问题突出。为此,应有针对性地采取教学改革措施,包括优化课程设置、强化课堂思政,深化学生认识、优选教学案例素材、优化教学环节设计、数字教学平台赋能课堂,丰富教学形式、以应用为导向改革考核方式等。
Abstract: Different from traditional theoretical teaching, the case analysis course for law majors features the dual attributes of both theoretical and practical courses, which impose higher requirements on teaching. However, the current teaching of such courses is plagued by prominent problems, including suboptimal curriculum design, students’ inadequate awareness of the importance of the course, case materials incompatible with teaching needs, teaching links mismatched with the course’s nature, relatively monotonous teaching methods, and assessment modes that fail to examine students’ practical application abilities. In view of these issues, targeted teaching reform measures should be adopted, such as optimizing the curriculum setup, strengthening ideological and political education in classrooms to deepen students’ understanding, selecting high-quality teaching case materials, optimizing the design of teaching procedures, empowering classroom teaching via digital teaching platforms to diversify teaching forms, and reforming the assessment system under the guidance of practical application orientation.
