数字时代背景下政务服务平台适老化建设研究——以S省为例

Research on the Age-Friendly Construction of Government Service Platforms in the Digital Era—A Case Study of Province S

摘要: 互联网、大数据、人工智能等信息技术快速发展背景下，数字化与老龄化交叉碰撞，数字技术服务适老化成为亟待解决的社会议题。解决老龄化问题，利用数字技术发展“互联网 + 政务服务”应用，建设适老化政务服务平台提上日程。目前全国各地方政府积极贯彻落实国家政策，纷纷开展政务服务平台适老化建设研究实践，切实解决老年人运用数字技术困难的问题。本篇论文通过分析S省政务服务适老化发展现状，探究发展面临的问题，分析问题出现的原因，提出合理化建议，以期实现政务服务平台适老化建设的深入发展。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of information technologies such as the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence, digitalization and population aging intersect, making the age-friendly adaptation of digital technology services an urgent social issue. To address population aging, it has been put on the agenda to develop the “Internet + government services” model using digital technology and build age-friendly government service platforms. At present, local governments across China have actively implemented national policies, carried out research and practices on the age-friendly construction of government service platforms, and effectively tackled the difficulties the elderly face in using digital technologies. This paper analyzes the current situation of age-friendly government services in S Province, explores the existing problems and their causes, and puts forward targeted countermeasures, so as to promote the in-depth development of age-friendly government service platforms.
