教育强国建设视域下中外合作办学思政课程评价体系研究
Study on the Evaluation System of Ideological and Political Courses in Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education from the Perspective of Building a Powerful Nation in Education
摘要: 本文针对数智化背景下中外合作办学思政课程评价科学性不足的现实问题,立足教育强国战略对国际化人才思想政治素质提出的新要求,依据中外合作办学多元文化融合、跨境分段培养等特点,综合运用德尔菲法、问卷调查与统计归纳等方法,融入人工智能赋能教育评价的前沿理念,构建了一套涵盖数智化教学环境、AI辅助教学实施、虚拟实践育人等维度的思政课程评价指标体系,并对各项指标的内涵进行了系统阐释。研究旨在为中外合作办学思政教育的科学化评价提供框架参照,服务教育强国建设与高层次国际化人才培养全局。
Abstract: Addressing the lack of evaluation validity in ideological and political courses within Sino-foreign cooperative education under the context of digital intelligence, and based on the new requirements for the ideological and political competencies of internationally oriented talents as defined by the strategy of building a powerful nation in education, this study integrates the distinctive features of Sino-foreign cooperative education, such as multicultural integration and segmented cross-border academic progression. By employing the Delphi method, questionnaire surveys, and statistical analysis, and by incorporating the emerging paradigm of AI-empowered educational evaluation, this research constructs an evaluation indicator system for ideological and political courses. This system encompasses dimensions such as digitally intelligent teaching environments, AI-assisted instructional implementation, and virtual practice-based moral education. The connotations of each indicator are systematically explicated. This study aims to provide a reference framework for the scientifically based evaluation of ideological and political education within Sino-foreign cooperative institutions, thereby contributing to the overarching goal of building a powerful nation in education and cultivating high-level international talents.
