数字化赋能高职院校课程教学模式创新研究与实践
Research and Practice on Innovation of Curriculum Teaching Model for Digital Empowerment in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要: 数字技术的发展给职业教育带来新的机遇,也对培养高素质技能型人才起到重要作用,但是也面临很多挑战。传统的教学方式由于其以教师为中心的特点,在满足行业发展的多样化人才需求上存在很大不足。那么数字技术怎样才能促使职业教育发生质的变化,也就是把教学的重点从以教为主转变为以学为主,从而建立一种更加符合个人需要并且有效率的教学模式,这是目前职业教育改革中亟待解决的问题。数字技术引领下的职业教育变革,是以学生为中心,本文从观念转变、资源分配、教学方式以及制度建设四个方面进行深入探讨。通过对实际案例进行分析,提出以学为主的教育方式的实施路径,对职业教育现代化发展起到一定的指导作用。
Abstract: The development of digital technology brings new opportunities to vocational education and plays an important role in cultivating high-quality skilled talents. However, it also faces many challenges. Due to its teacher-centered nature, traditional teaching methods have great shortcomings in meeting the diverse talent needs of industry development. So how can digital technology promote qualitative changes in vocational education, that is, change the focus of teaching from teaching to learning, so as to establish a teaching model that is more in line with individual needs and efficient. This is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in the current vocational education reform. The reform of vocational education led by digital technology is student-centered. This article conducts an in-depth discussion from four aspects: concept change, resource allocation, teaching methods and system construction. Through the analysis of actual cases, the implementation path of the learning-oriented education method is proposed, which plays a certain guiding role in the modern development of vocational education.
