范式变革下的职业进化:AI时代高校毕业生核心竞争力重构研究
Career Evolution under Paradigm Shift: Research on the Reconstruction of College Graduates’ Core Competitiveness in the AI Era
摘要: 随着生成式人工智能(AIGC)技术的广泛应用,传统的“执行导向型”就业逻辑正面临结构性失效。本文基于对12所高校24名资深辅导员的半结构化访谈,以及对50名“数智先锋”型毕业生的追踪案例分析,探究了智能时代高竞争力求职者的特征。研究发现,领先的求职者已实现从“知识执行者”向“战略提问者”及“人机协同大脑”的身份转型。通过深度协同AI优化工作流、强化“非算法”人性壁垒以及构建“专业 + AI”的复合型能力,毕业生实现了核心竞争力的维度跃迁。本文旨在探讨高校辅导员如何引导学生从技术焦虑转向技术驱动,重塑智能时代的职业破局路径。
Abstract: With the widespread application of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AIGC), the traditional “execution-oriented” employment logic is facing structural failure. Based on semi-structured interviews with 24 senior career counselors from 12 universities and tracking case studies of 50 “Digital-Intelligence Pioneer” graduates, this paper explores the characteristics of high-competitiveness job seekers in the intelligent era. The study finds that leading candidates have successfully transitioned from “knowledge executors” to “strategic questioners” and “human-machine collaborative brains.” By deeply collaborating with AI to optimize workflows, strengthening “non-algorithmic” human barriers, and constructing a hybrid capability model of “Professionalism + AI,” graduates have achieved a dimensional leap in core competitiveness. This paper aims to discuss how university counselors can guide students from technological anxiety toward technology-driven growth, reshaping career breakthrough paths in the intelligent era.
