课程思政融入医用有机化学I (实验)教学的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice on the Fusion of Curriculum Ideology and Politics Education into the Teaching of Medical Organic Chemistry I (Experiments)
摘要: 《医用有机化学I》是医学类专业学生的重要基础课程,其中实验部分是有机化学教学过程中不可或缺的一部分,对其未来开展的临床研究至关重要。实验开展过程中蕴含着丰富的思政教育内容。实验部分设置了液液萃取与常压蒸馏、苯甲酸的重结晶、茶叶中提取咖啡因、熔点测定与性质实验、旋光度测定实验等典型实验教学内容。本文将从这些具体实验出发,结合案例设计与实际教学实践过程,探讨如何将安全意识、科学精神、环保理念、家国情怀、工匠精神等思政内容融入实验教学全过程,实现知识传授、能力培养与价值观形成的统一,为实验类课程的思政教学提供参考。
Abstract: “Medical Organic Chemistry I” serves as a foundational course for medical students, in which the experimental component constitutes an indispensable part of the organic chemistry course and is crucial for their future clinical research. The process of conducting experiments inherently contains abundant content suitable for ideological and political education. Typical experimental teaching modules have been established, including liquid-liquid extraction and atmospheric distillation, recrystallization of benzoic acid, isolation of caffeine from tea leaves, melting point determination and property experiments, and optical rotation determination experiments. Proceeding from these specific experiments, this paper combines case design with actual teaching practice to explore the integration of safety awareness, scientific spirit, environmental philosophy, patriotism, and craftsmanship spirit into the entire process of experimental teaching. This approach aims to achieve the unity of knowledge impartation, ability cultivation, and value formation, thereby providing a reference for the ideological and political teaching of laboratory-based courses.
