AI赋能小学低年级班主任管理的实践与探索——以小学一年级班级管理为例
The Practice and Exploration of AI-Enabled Head Teacher Management for Lower-Grade Primary Schools—Taking First-Grade Class Management as a Case Example
摘要: 在教育数字化转型的背景下,人工智能技术为小学班主任管理工作带来了全新的发展机遇,尤其对于低年级班级管理而言,AI技术能够有效破解传统管理中效率低、个性化不足、家校协同不畅等难题。本文以小学一年级班级管理为研究对象,结合一线班主任工作实践,分析AI赋能小学低年级班主任管理的现实价值,从日常事务管理、德育渗透、学情分析、家校协同、心理关怀五个维度阐述AI技术的应用,并总结应用过程中存在的问题,提出针对性的优化策略,旨在探索AI与小学低年级班主任管理深度融合的路径,构建智慧化的班级管理新生态,提升班主任管理工作的科学性、精准性和高效性。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of digital transformation in education, artificial intelligence has brought brand-new development opportunities to class management for primary school head teachers. Especially for class management in lower grades, AI can effectively solve problems in traditional management such as low efficiency, lack of individualization, and inadequate home-school coordination. Taking first-grade class management in primary schools as the research object, this paper, based on the frontline working practice of head teachers, analyzes the practical value of AI-enabled class management for lower-grade primary school students. It elaborates on the application of AI technology from five dimensions: daily routine management, moral education infiltration, academic performance analysis, home-school collaboration, and psychological care. Furthermore, it summarizes the existing problems in the application process and puts forward targeted optimization strategies. The purpose is to explore paths for the in-depth integration of AI and lower-grade primary school class management, construct a new intelligent ecology of class management, and improve the scientificity, accuracy and efficiency of head teachers’ management work.
