人工智能技术在口腔医学教育中的伦理问题与对策方案

摘要: 人工智能的发展正在极大改变包括口腔医学教育在内的普通高等教育。虽然在提高效率、精准教育、资源共享方面有明显的优势,但它也带来了多种伦理问题,包括但不限于数据安全、隐私保护、算法黑箱、责任划分、教育公平以及人文精神等多个方面。本文从普通高校教师和口腔临床医生的视角,结合实际工作经验,从风险溯源开始,分析存在的伦理问题,结合国内外案例和法律法规,提出合理的对策方案。方案始终以“育人”为核心,希望可以为人工智能在口腔医学教育中规范、安全地应用提供一定理论依据。
Abstract: The development of artificial intelligence (AI) is greatly transforming general higher education, including oral medical education. Although it offers significant advantages in improving efficiency, precise education, and resource sharing, it also brings some ethical issues, including but not limited to data security, privacy protection, algorithm black box, responsibility division, educational equity, and humanistic spirit. From the perspective of general university teachers and oral clinical doctors, this article integrates practical teaching and clinical experience, tracing the origins of risks, analyzing existing ethical issues, and proposing reasonable countermeasures based on domestic and international case studies as well as relevant laws and regulations. The proposed solutions consistently prioritize “holistic education” (educating the whole person) as the core principle, aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for the standardized and safe application of AI in dental education.
