摘要: 行政管理是科研单位日常运转的基础性支撑，其服务质量与科研人员满意度直接关系到科研工作的推进效率、团队工作氛围及单位整体发展效能。本文通过梳理科研单位行政管理服务的主要特征和功能定位，分析行政服务满意度的影响因素，结合科研工作的特殊需求，提出相应的提升策略，旨在优化行政服务供给质量，为科研单位营造稳定、高效、便捷的后勤保障环境，助力科研事业高质量、可持续发展。

Abstract: Administrative management services are the basic support for the daily operation of scientific research institution, and the quality of their services and the satisfaction of researchers are directly related to the efficiency of scientific research work, the team working atmosphere and the overall development effectiveness of the unit. This paper analyzes the influence factors of administrative service satisfaction by combulating the main characteristics and functional positioning of scientific research institution. In response to the special needs of scientific research, a corresponding upgrading strategy has been proposed, aimed at optimizing the quality of administrative service supply, creating a stable, efficient and convenient logistics support environment for scientific research institution to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of scientific research.
