直播电商发展现状、困境与未来趋势研究
Research on the Development Status, Challenges, and Future Trends of Live Streaming E-Commerce
摘要: 直播电商作为数字经济时代电子商务与网络直播深度融合的创新业态,在重构消费场景、提升交易效率、促进就业创业等方面展现出强劲活力。然而,行业高速扩张过程中也暴露出产品质量失控、流量竞争失衡、监管体系滞后、供应链支撑不足等结构性矛盾。本文基于信号理论与社会资本理论构建分析框架,系统梳理我国直播电商发展历程、平台格局、主播生态与消费特征,深度剖析行业面临的现实困境,并从全链路治理视角提出优化对策。研究表明,直播电商正从粗放式增长向高质量发展转型,未来将呈现规范化、品牌化、全球化、技术赋能深度融合等趋势。本文为直播电商行业健康发展提供了理论解释与实践指导。
Abstract: As an innovative format integrating e-commerce and live streaming in the digital economy era, live streaming e-commerce demonstrates strong vitality in reconstructing consumption scenarios, improving transaction efficiency, and promoting employment and entrepreneurship. However, during the rapid expansion of the industry, structural contradictions such as product quality control failures, imbalanced traffic competition, lagging regulatory systems, and insufficient supply chain support have emerged. Based on signaling theory and social capital theory, this paper constructs an analytical framework, systematically reviews the development process, platform landscape, streamer ecosystem, and consumption characteristics of China’s live streaming e-commerce, deeply analyzes the practical challenges faced by the industry, and proposes optimization strategies from the perspective of full-chain governance. The research shows that live streaming e-commerce is transitioning from extensive growth to high-quality development, and will present trends such as standardization, brand orientation, globalization, and deep integration of technology empowerment. This paper provides theoretical explanations and practical guidance for the healthy development of the live streaming e-commerce industry.
