企业家冒险精神驱动电商企业人工智能应用的实践路径研究
Research on the Practical Path of Entrepreneurial Adventure Spirit Driving Artificial Intelligence Application in E-Commerce
摘要: 在数字经济与人工智能技术深度融合的背景下,人工智能正成为企业提升效率、塑造竞争优势的核心驱动力。本文关注企业在人工智能应用的决策、投入与落地深度上存在的现实差异,聚焦企业家冒险精神这一关键特质,探讨其对企业人工智能应用的驱动机制、作用路径与实践差异。研究表明企业家冒险精神通过风险承担意愿、长期资源承诺、机会识别能力三大机制,推动企业人工智能应用水平。通过深入分析阿里巴巴与京东的实践案例,探究企业家冒险精神对电商企业人工智能应用的影响实践效果。基于此,本文从政府与企业双重视角出发,提出多层次的对策建议,为电商企业推动人工智能技术落地、强化数字竞争力提供理论参考与实践指引。
Abstract: In the context of the deep integration of the digital economy and artificial intelligence technologies, AI is becoming a core driving force for enterprises to enhance efficiency and shape competitive advantages. This paper focuses on the practical differences among firms in the decision-making, investment, and depth of AI application, concentrating on the critical trait of entrepreneurial adventure spirit to explore its driving mechanisms, pathways of influence, and practical variations on enterprise AI application. Research indicates that the entrepreneurial adventure spirit promotes the level of enterprise AI application through three key mechanisms: the willingness to bear risks, long-term resource commitment, and opportunity identification capabilities. Through an in-depth analysis of the practical cases of Alibaba and JD.com, this study investigates the practical effects of entrepreneurial adventure spirit on enterprise AI applications. Based on this, the paper proposes multi-level policy recommendations from the dual perspectives of government and enterprises, providing theoretical references and practical guidance for e-commerce enterprises to promote the implementation of AI technology and strengthen their digital competitiveness.
