“新双高”背景下高职院校“双师型”教师激励机制优化研究——以BN学校教师创新团队发展为例
Research on Optimizing Incentive Mechanisms for “Dual-Qualified” Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the “New Double High Plan” Context—A Case Study of the Development of an Innovative Teacher Team at BN College
摘要: 高职教育的高质量发展关键在人才的主动作为,随着以“办学能力高水平、产教融合高质量”为核心理念的“新双高”建设计划的实施,“双师型”教师作为人才主体,其积极性、创造性和主动性的调动,逐渐成为人事管理构建激励机制的核心任务。本文从自我决定理论视角出发,结合高职院校实际情况,以BN学校教师创新团队发展为例,解释了“双师型”教师发展的独特动机需求,对现有激励机制的失灵之处进行了深入剖析,进而提出针对性优化建议。
Abstract: The high-quality development of vocational education depends on the proactive engagement of talent. With the implementation of the “New Double High Plan,” centered on achieving high-level institutional capacity and high-quality industry-education integration, “dual-qualified” teachers, as the core talent group, have become central to personnel management efforts to stimulate motivation, creativity, and initiative. Drawing on Self-Determination Theory and grounded in the practical context of higher vocational institutions, this paper takes the development of the innovative teacher team at BN College as a case study, explores the distinctive motivational needs of “dual-qualified” teachers, offers a critical analysis of the limitations in existing incentive mechanisms, and proposes targeted strategies for their optimization.
