新质生产力视角下我国体育旅游人才培养模式创新研究

Research on the Innovation of China’s Sports Tourism Talent Training Models from the Perspective of New-Quality Productive Forces

摘要: 在我国体育旅游产业加速数字化、融合化转型的高质量发展阶段，产业发展对人才的数字技术应用、跨学科整合等核心能力提出了全新要求，而当前人才培养体系无法满足产业发展需求。本研究通过分析体育旅游人才培养的现状与突出问题，结合新质生产力属性梳理人才培养的核心需求，从高校与企业双主体出发，构建了高校需求导向型结合企业产业主导型的创新培养模式。目的是构建系统化、实践性强的人才培养体系，满足体育旅游产业高质量发展需求，培养适配新时代发展的高质量的体育旅游新质人才。

Abstract: In the high-quality development phase of China’s sports tourism industry marked by accelerated digitalization and integrated transformation, industrial evolution has raised new requirements for talents’ core capabilities, including digital technology application and interdisciplinary integration. However, the current talent cultivation system is unable to meet the demands of industry development. This study analyzed the current situation and prominent problems of sports tourism talent cultivation, combined with the new quality productive attributes to clarify the core demands for talent cultivation. Starting from both the university and enterprise entities, an innovative training model combining the university’s demand-oriented approach with the enterprise’s industry-led approach was constructed. The aim is to establish a systematic and highly practical talent cultivation system, to meet the high-quality development needs of the sports tourism industry, and to cultivate high-quality new-quality talents suitable for the development of the new era in the sports tourism field.
