从“数字土著”到“数字公民”:中学思政课培育网络素养的挑战与应对方式
From “Digital Natives” to “Digital Citizens”: Challenges and Strategies in Cultivating Digital Literacy in Middle School Ideological and Political Education
摘要: 在数字化发展的浪潮之下,网络空间已经发展成为了中学生成长的重要场域。当代中学生作为“数字原住民”,其社交方式、交友结构、认知模式以及价值观念早已严重受到网络环境的影响。网络素养这一概念不仅仅是网络技术层面的操作能力,更是涵盖网络信息辨别、伦理自律、公共参与、法治意识的综合素养。中学思政课作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,而网络素养作为数字时代公民必备的基本素养,与中学思政课育人目标高度契合。但当前思政课网络素养培育面临着诸多挑战:课程内容与网络生活脱节、教学方式单一、家校社协同不通畅等现实困境。本文探讨网络素养融入思政课的路径,旨在以实际行动回应时代命题,培养新时代“数字公民”。
Abstract: Amid the wave of digital development, cyberspace has evolved into a crucial domain for the growth of middle school students. As “digital natives”, contemporary adolescents have seen their social behaviors, friendship structures, cognitive patterns, and value systems profoundly shaped by the online environment. The concept of digital literacy encompasses not only technical operational skills but also comprehensive competencies such as information discernment, ethical self-regulation, civic participation, and legal awareness. As a pivotal subject for fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, middle school ideological and political education aligns closely with the essential digital literacy required of citizens in the digital era. However, current efforts to cultivate digital literacy in ideological and political education face significant challenges: disconnection between curriculum content and online life, monotonous teaching methods, and ineffective collaboration among schools, families, and communities. This paper explores pathways for integrating digital literacy into ideological and political education, aiming to address contemporary challenges through practical actions and cultivate “digital citizens” for the new era.
