数字经济背景下企业社会责任与电商助力乡村振兴研究综述
Research Review on Corporate Social Responsibility and E-Commerce Assisting Rural Revitalization under the Background of Digital Economy
摘要: 数字经济与电商生态的快速发展,对企业精准助力乡村振兴提出更高要求。本文以文献计量法与CiteSpace为工具,系统梳理2015~2025年国内外企业社会责任、电商平台、数字技术助力乡村振兴的研究脉络、路径模式与实践成效,重点聚焦电商赋能、数字乡村、农村电商、数字普惠金融等核心议题,为电商企业参与乡村振兴、建设和美乡村提供理论依据与实践参考。结合研究热点与前沿,提出三大研究趋势:电商企业推动和美乡村建设、电商与数字技术助力乡村政务数字化转型、社会责任视角下电商企业助力乡村振兴的创新路径,为本领域研究提供支撑。
Abstract: The rapid advancement of digital economy and e-commerce ecosystems has raised higher requirements for enterprises to provide targeted support for rural revitalization. Using bibliometric analysis and CiteSpace tools, this study systematically examines research trajectories, implementation models, and practical outcomes from 2015 to 2025 regarding corporate social responsibility, e-commerce platforms, and digital technologies supporting rural revitalization both domestically and internationally. Focusing on core themes including e-commerce empowerment, digital rural development, rural e-commerce, and inclusive digital finance, the research provides theoretical foundations and practical references for e-commerce enterprises participating in rural revitalization initiatives. Aligning with current research hotspots and cutting-edge developments, three key trends emerge: e-commerce enterprises driving rural revitalization efforts, digital technologies facilitating digital transformation in rural governance, and innovative approaches to corporate social responsibility in rural revitalization. These findings offer substantial support for academic research in this field.
