超声引导下体外冲击波对足底筋膜炎治疗的 研究进展

摘要: 足底筋膜炎(plantar fasciitis, PF)是临床常见的慢性劳损性疾病,以局部无菌性炎症为主要病理特征,剧烈疼痛严重影响患者生活质量。目前临床治疗方案众多,体外冲击波疗法(Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy, ESWT)作为一种非侵入性治疗手段,在骨肌系统疾病的治疗中具有重要应用价值,在缓解疼痛、助力患者功能恢复方面中展现出巨大的潜力。同时超声技术的实时可视化特性,有效克服了传统ESWT“盲法”治疗的局限性。本研究通过回顾近年来国内外超声联合ESWT治疗PF的研究进展,并与多种治疗方式进行对比分析,为临床提供参考依据。
Abstract: Plantar fasciitis (PF) is a common chronic overuse disorder in clinical practice, characterized mainly by local aseptic inflammation, and severe pain significantly affects the quality of life of patients. Currently, there are numerous clinical treatment options. Extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT), as a non-invasive treatment method, has significant application value in the treatment of musculoskeletal system diseases and shows great potential in relieving pain and assisting in functional recovery of patients. Meanwhile, the real-time visualization feature of ultrasound technology effectively overcomes the limitations of the traditional “blind” ESWT treatment. This study reviews the research progress of ultrasound combined with ESWT in the treatment of PF at home and abroad in recent years and conducts a comparative analysis with various treatment methods to provide a reference basis for clinical practice.
