摘要: 文章聚焦女创拳这一中国傣族体育文化中的独特现象，通过对其历史渊源、文化内涵、技击特点、发展现状及传承策略的深入剖析，揭示女创拳在傣族体育文化发展中的重要地位与价值。研究表明，女创拳不仅是女性展现自我力量的象征，更是中国体育文化多元性与包容性的生动体现。在新时代背景下，女创拳面临传承与发展的机遇与挑战，需通过创新传承模式、加强文化传播等策略推动其可持续发展。

Abstract: This article focuses on Nvchuang Quan, a unique phenomenon in Chinese women’s sports culture. Through an in-depth analysis of its historical origins, cultural connotations, martial arts characteristics, current development status, and inheritance strategies, it reveals the important position and value of Nvchuang Quan in the development of women’s sports culture. The research shows that Nvchuang Quan is not only a symbol of women breaking through traditional gender constraints and demonstrating their own strength, but also a vivid embodiment of the diversity and inclusiveness of Chinese sports culture. In the current context, Nvchuang Quan faces opportunities and challenges in inheritance and development, and strategies such as innovating inheritance models and strengthening cultural dissemination are needed to promote its sustainable development.
