Research on the “Migratory Bird” Sojourn Elderly Care Model

摘要: 论文探讨了在中国步入中度老龄化社会的背景下，传统养老模式面临的挑战，如医疗资源不足、生活环境适配性低和精神服务缺失等。为应对这些问题，论文提出了一种创新性的“候鸟迁徙”式养老模式。该模式以江苏省泰州市为实践案例，依托“银发经济”和旅游产业的发展，旨在通过分层对接老年群体在精神、医疗、经济三个层面的核心需求，实现跨区域旅居与养老服务的深度融合。具体而言，该模式通过定制化旅游计划和专业化团队配置，为老年人提供季节性的、可移动的养老方案。论文认为，这种模式不仅能满足老年人的多元化需求，还能促进跨区域产业联动和地方经济发展，为中国老龄化社会的养老服务创新提供了新的理论与实践思路。

Abstract: This paper discusses the challenges faced by traditional elderly care models against the background of China’s entry into a moderately aging society, including insufficient medical resources, low adaptability of living environments, and a lack of spiritual support services. To address these issues, the paper proposes an innovative “migratory bird” elderly care model. Taking Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province as a practical case, and relying on the development of the “silver-haired economy” and the tourism industry, this model aims to deeply integrate cross-regional sojourn and elderly care services by hierarchically matching the core needs of the elderly at three levels: spiritual, medical, and economic. Specifically, the model provides seasonal and mobile elderly care solutions for the elderly through customized tourism plans and the allocation of professional teams. The paper argues that this model can not only meet the diversified needs of the elderly but also promote cross-regional industrial linkage and local economic development, providing new theoretical and practical ideas for the innovation of elderly care services in China’s aging society.
