算法厌恶视域下老年健康监测产品的接受障碍:一个整合性分析框架
Acceptance Barriers of Elderly Health Monitoring Products from the Perspective of Algorithmic Aversion: An Integrated Analysis Framework
摘要: 智慧养老产品在老年群体中的推广,普遍遭遇“高期待、低采纳”的现实瓶颈。除“数字鸿沟”外,“算法厌恶”是阻碍老年用户接受健康监测等智能产品的深层心理障碍。本文旨在探究此障碍的构成,并基于此为企业提出精准的市场定位策略。研究发现,老年用户的算法厌恶源自三个层面:心理层面,认知层面,和价值层面。这些因素共同削弱其采纳意愿。为破解此困局,研究根据算法厌恶的强度与动因,将老年市场细分为三类典型用户:“安全优先型”、“自主抗拒型”和“价值怀疑型”。针对不同用户,本文提出差异化的产品定位策略:对“安全优先型”定位为“隐形守护者”,强调可靠与安心;对“自主抗拒型”定位为“可控的助手”,突出用户赋权与透明度;对“价值怀疑型”定位为“可见的健康伙伴”,以可验证的健康收益为核心价值主张。最后,本文建议通过信任中介沟通、人性化服务触点设计来系统性地跨越信任鸿沟。本研究为智慧养老产业从“技术中心”转向“用户信任中心”提供了切实的理论依据与策略指引。
Abstract: The promotion of smart elderly care products among the elderly population commonly encounters the practical bottleneck of “high expectations but low adoption”. Beyond the “digital divide”, “algorithm aversion” represents a deep-seated psychological barrier hindering elderly users from accepting intelligent products such as health monitors. This paper aims to explore the composition of this barrier and based on this, propose precise market positioning strategies for enterprises. The study finds that elderly users’ algorithm aversion stems from three dimensions: the psychological, the cognitive, and the valuational. These factors collectively weaken their adoption intention. To address this dilemma, the research segments the elderly market into three typical user types based on the intensity and drivers of algorithm aversion: “Safety-First”, “Autonomy-Resistant”, and “Value-Skeptical”. For different user types, this paper proposes differentiated product positioning strategies: positioning for the “Safety-First” type as an “Invisible Guardian”, emphasizing reliability and peace of mind; for the “Autonomy-Resistant” type as a “Controllable Assistant”, highlighting user empowerment and transparency; and for the “Value-Skeptical” type as a “Visible Health Partner,” with verifiable health benefits as the core value proposition. Finally, the paper recommends systematically bridging the trust gap through trusted intermediary communication and humanized service touchpoint design. This study provides a practical theoretical basis and strategic guidance for the smart elderly care industry to shift from a “technology-centric” to a “user-trust-centric” approach.
