老龄化社会中企业产品与服务适老化改造的管理路径研究

A Study on the Management Path of Age-Friendly Transformation of Enterprise Products and Services in an Aging Society

摘要: 随着人口老龄化进程持续加速，银发经济的战略地位日益凸显，企业如何系统推进产品与服务的适老化改造，成为亟待破解的管理命题。然而，当前企业的适老化改造普遍呈现出设计表浅化、服务碎片化与管理缺位等问题，既难以满足老年群体多元化、差异化的真实需求，也制约着银发市场潜力的有效释放。本文运用文献研究法与理论分析法，从产品、服务与组织管理三个层面系统剖析企业适老化改造的现实困境，并从需求驱动、产品再造、服务体系重构与机制保障四个维度建构管理路径体系，旨在为企业推进适老化战略转型提供理论参考与实践指引。

Abstract: With the continuous acceleration of population aging, the strategic importance of the silver economy is becoming increasingly prominent. How enterprises can systematically promote the age-friendly transformation of their products and services has become an urgent management issue to be addressed. However, current age-friendly transformations by enterprises generally exhibit problems such as superficial design, fragmented services, and management deficiencies. This not only fails to meet the diverse and differentiated real needs of the elderly population but also restricts the effective release of the potential of the silver market. This paper uses literature review and theoretical analysis to systematically analyze the current dilemmas of enterprise age-friendly transformation from three levels: product, service, and organizational management. It constructs a management path system from four dimensions: demand-driven, product reengineering, service system reconstruction, and mechanism guarantee, aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for enterprises to promote their age-friendly strategic transformation.
