智慧体育背景下老年体医康养生成逻辑、发展困境与纾解路径

The Generative Logic, Development Challenges and Mitigation Strategies of Geriatric Sports Medicine and Health Care under the Background of Smart Sports

摘要: 本文立足于智慧体育背景，采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法，从老年体育参与的现实需求出发，系统分析老年体医康养的生成逻辑，梳理当前在设施适配、服务供给、人才支撑、数字鸿沟等方面面临的发展困境，并从体育设施适老化改造、运动干预项目开发、智慧体育平台建设、专业人才队伍培育等方面提出纾解路径。研究认为，智慧体育与老年体医康养的深度融合，关键在于以老年人为中心，以体育活动为载体，推动体育、医疗、康养资源在社区和家庭场景中的有效整合，为老年健康服务体系建设提供参考。

Abstract: Grounded in the context of smart sports, this study employs literature review and logical analysis methods to systematically examine the developmental logic of elderly sports-based medical and wellness services, starting from the practical needs of senior sports participation. It identifies current challenges in facility adaptation, service provision, talent support, and digital infrastructure gaps, while proposing mitigation strategies including age-friendly sports facility renovations, development of exercise intervention programs, smart sports platform construction, and professional workforce cultivation. The research concludes that the key to integrating smart sports with elderly sports-based medical and wellness services lies in adopting an elderly-centered approach and leveraging sports activities as a vehicle to effectively consolidate sports, medical, and wellness resources within community and household settings, thereby providing insights for building comprehensive elderly health service systems.
