红色文化资源融入高校思想政治教育的实践探索
Practical Exploration of Integrating Red Culture Resources into Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities
摘要: 红色文化资源是在革命、建设与改革的漫长历程中积淀形成的珍贵历史文化财富,其时代价值与育人意义至关重要。将红色文化资源作为核心载体融入高校思想政治教育,既是高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键举措,也是培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的必然要求。如何推动红色文化资源与高校思政教育实现深度融合、提质增效,已成为当前需要深入探索的重要课题。本文基于文化记忆理论、情境认知理论与价值观内化理论,系统梳理国内外相关研究成果并开展批判性对话,构建“资源挖掘–教学转化–效果评估”三维融合理论框架。以江汉大学为核心案例,结合问卷调查、深度访谈与课堂观察等实证研究方法,深入剖析地方高校红色文化融入思政教育的具体举措、实施成效与现实困境,进而探索更具针对性和实效性的融合路径,充分释放红色文化资源的育人效能,为全国同类高校提供可复制、可借鉴的实践范本。
Abstract: Red cultural resources represent a precious historical and cultural heritage through the long course of revolution, construction, and reform. Their contemporary value and educational significance are of paramount importance. Integrating red cultural resources as a core vehicle into ideological and political education in colleges and universities is not only a key measure for fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, but also an inevitable requirement for cultivating a new generation capable of shouldering the great mission of national rejuvenation. How to promote the deep integration of red cultural resources with ideological and political education in higher education, and to improve its quality and efficiency, has become an important issue requiring in-depth exploration. Based on cultural memory theory, situated cognition theory, and value internalization theory, this paper systematically reviews relevant research findings at home and abroad and engages in a critical dialogue with them, thereby constructing a three-dimensional integrated theoretical framework of “resource mining - teaching transformation - effectiveness evaluation”. Taking Jianghan University as a core case and employing empirical research methods such as questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and classroom observations, it deeply analyzes the specific measures, implementation outcomes, and practical difficulties of integrating red culture into ideological and political education in local universities. It then explores more targeted and effective integration pathways so as to fully unleash the educational efficacy of red cultural resources, thereby offering a replicable and referential practical model for similar universities across the country.
