Evaluation of Coupling Coordination between Digital Inclusive Finance and Digital Rural Construction—A Study Based on the Six Central Provinces

摘要: 本文基于2015~2025年中部六省的面板数据，运用熵值法计算数字乡村建设综合水平测度研究，通过构建耦合协调度模型，系统分析了数字普惠金融与数字乡村建设的耦合协调发展趋势。研究发现：第一，2015~2025年中部六省数字乡村建设水平呈现出持续稳步增长、全域持续提升的态势。第二，从2015年至2025年，中部六省数字普惠金融与数字乡村建设的耦合协调度整体呈现持续显著提升、全面迈向高级协调的态势。第三，从2015年至2025年，中部六省数字普惠金融与数字乡村建设的耦合协调阶段经历了从拮抗阶段、磨合阶段到协调阶段的完整演变，全域实现稳定协同发展。

Abstract: Based on the panel data of the six central provinces from 2015 to 2025, this paper measures the comprehensive level of digital rural construction using the entropy method, and systematically analyzes the coupling and coordinated development trend between digital inclusive finance and digital rural construction by constructing a coupling coordination degree model. The findings are as follows: first, from 2015 to 2025, the level of digital rural construction in the six central provinces shows a steady and continuous growth trend with overall improvement across the region. Second, from 2015 to 2025, the coupling coordination degree between digital inclusive finance and digital rural construction in the six central provinces presents an overall and significant upward trend, moving comprehensively toward advanced coordination. Third, from 2015 to 2025, the coupling coordination stage between digital inclusive finance and digital rural construction in the six central provinces has undergone a complete evolution from the antagonistic stage, through the running-in stage, to the coordination stage, achieving stable and coordinated development across the region.
