贵州高校体育课程数字化转型的风险识别与规避机制研究
Research on Risk Identification and Avoidance Mechanisms for the Digital Transformation of Physical Education Curricula in Guizhou Universities
摘要: 随着教育数字化战略的深入推进,贵州高校体育课程数字化转型已成为高质量发展的必然选择。然而,技术在赋能体育教学的同时,也潜藏着多重风险。文章运用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法,立足风险社会理论与技术哲学视角,从政策引领、实践路径、区域特质三个维度解析贵州高校体育课程数字化转型的现实样态与内在机理,系统识别体育课程数字化转型中存在的技术风险、管理风险与人文风险。研究表明,贵州高校体育课程数字化转型过程中,数据隐私安全、算法价值偏向、主体技术依附、基础设施供给、数字治理效能等方面的矛盾与问题更为突出,呈现出显著的地域性特征。基于协同治理理论,提出从技术防控、制度规范、主体素养层面构建风险规避机制,以期为民族地区高校体育数字化转型提供理论与实践参考。
Abstract: With the further implementation of the national education digitalization strategy, the digital transformation of physical education curricula in universities in Guizhou has become an inevitable choice for high-quality development. While technology empowers physical education teaching, it also entails multiple potential risks. Adopting the methods of literature research and logical analysis, and based on the perspectives of risk society theory and philosophy of technology, this paper analyzes the realistic patterns and internal mechanisms of the digital transformation of physical education curricula in Guizhou’s universities from three dimensions: policy guidance, practical paths, and regional characteristics. It systematically identifies the technological, managerial, and humanistic risks in the transformation process. The results show that prominent contradictions and problems exist in Guizhou’s universities during the digital transformation, including data privacy and security risks, algorithmic value bias, teachers’ and students’ technological dependence, insufficient infrastructure supply, and inadequate digital governance efficiency, all of which present distinct regional characteristics. Grounded in collaborative governance theory, this study proposes constructing risk prevention mechanisms from the aspects of technological prevention, institutional regulation, and subject literacy, so as to provide theoretical and practical references for the digital transformation of physical education in universities in ethnic regions.
