Design and Application Effect of Foot-Foot Acupoint Self-Massager

摘要: [目的]由于老少人群的饮食、生活和活动方式及时间的规律是直接影响健康的因素之一，近十几年来，按摩保健已成为群众着重关注的问题，该文根据患者的需求研制自我按摩脚足穴位的按摩器，并解析应用规律。[方法]研制一种鞋底板式扭转脚枕垫可换穿脚可以按摩脚足穴位的自我按摩器，只购买一脚的按摩器，全家人根据自己的需要轮着按摩双脚足穴位。[结果]试验结果表明：该按摩器是体积小、可随身携带、不用电源，可换穿两个脚，轮着自按摩脚足穴位的。[结论]定时按摩脚足穴位可提高睡觉效果、降低不适感、按摩对血液的循环提供有利条件，有效控制血糖，还可为按摩疗法在康复护理中的应用提供理论依据。

Abstract: [Objective] Because the diet, lifestyle, activity patterns and time patterns of people of all ages are one of the factors that directly affect their health, in recent ten years, massage health care has become a focus of attention for the masses. This paper develops a massager for self-massage of foot and foot points according to the needs of patients, and analyzes the application rules. [Method] A self-massager is developed, in which the twisted foot pillow pad on the sole plate can be replaced to massage the acupoints of feet and feet. Only one foot massager is purchased, and the whole family massages the acupoints of feet and feet in turn according to their own needs. [Result] The experimental results show that the massager is small in size, portable, without power supply, wears two feet and massages the acupoints of the feet by turns. [Conclusion] Regular massage of foot and foot points can improve sleeping effect, reduce discomfort, provide favorable conditions for blood circulation, effectively control blood sugar, and provide theoretical basis for the application of massage therapy in rehabilitation nursing.
