江苏省网络支付技术发展对居民就业的影响研究——基于数字普惠金融的发展
Research on the Impact of Digital Inclusive Finance Development on Resident Employment in Jiangsu Province—Based on the Development of Digital Inclusive Finance
摘要: 就业是民生之本、发展之基,是家事,更是国事。面对全球外部环境的不稳定,加之国内经济结构调整与转型压力,我国经济发展面临着严峻挑战,给就业形势带来诸多不确定性,如何解决就业难题、提高居民就业满意度是当前急需解决的问题。而随着电子商务的发展,金融也发挥着为实体经济融资的重要作用,在促进居民就业方面存在显著效果。基于此,本文以江苏省为例,在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上,从理论和数据两个层面,研究江苏省数字普惠金融对居民就业的影响。首先,本文阐述了江苏省数字普惠金融发展情况及居民就业现状,运用数据分析法研究发现,数字普惠金融指数越高的地区,其居民就业率相对较高;其次,通过理论分析阐述了数字普惠金融对居民就业的总体影响和差异化作用;接着,文章从缓解融资约束扩大就业规模、数字科技赋能优化就业结构、减少信息不对称提高居民就业质量三个方面,探讨了数字普惠金融对居民就业的作用路径;最后,基于现实问题提出对策建议:如加强数字普惠金融的基础设施建设、提高弱势群体数字化素养以及注重加强数字普惠金融的风险管理,从而发挥数字普惠金融对就业的促进效应。
Abstract: Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood and the cornerstone of development, a matter of both family and national concern. Faced with global external instability and domestic economic restructuring and transformation pressures, China’s economic development confronts severe challenges, introducing significant uncertainties to the employment landscape. Addressing employment difficulties and enhancing residents’ job satisfaction have become urgent priorities. With the advancement of e-commerce, finance also plays a crucial role in financing the real economy, demonstrating notable effects in promoting employment. Based on this, this paper takes Jiangsu Province as a case study, building on domestic and international research findings, to examine the impact of digital inclusive finance on residents’ employment from both theoretical and data perspectives. First, the paper outlines the development of digital inclusive finance and the current employment situation in Jiangsu Province, revealing through data analysis that regions with higher digital inclusive finance indices tend to have relatively higher employment rates. Second, it explains the overall and differentiated effects of digital inclusive finance on employment through theoretical analysis. Third, the study explores the pathways of digital inclusive finance in promoting employment across three dimensions: alleviating financing constraints to expand employment scale, leveraging digital technology to optimize employment structure, and reducing information asymmetry to enhance employment quality. Finally, based on practical issues, it proposes countermeasures such as strengthening digital inclusive finance infrastructure, improving the digital literacy of disadvantaged groups, and prioritizing risk management in digital inclusive finance to amplify its employment-promoting effects.
