研究生五育融合育人机制研究
Research on the Integration Mechanism of Five-Education for Postgraduates
摘要: 为贯彻教育方针、落实立德树人根本任务,本研究立足新时期对高层次人才全面发展提出的新要求,针对当前研究生教育中五育内容供给单一、结构失衡、评价机制不健全、育人生态割裂等现实困境,系统探讨研究生阶段德智体美劳融合育人的理论内涵与实践机制。本研究选取两所不同类型高校(一所综合类、一所师范类)作为案例,通过分析研究生培养方案、对12名研究生导师及20名研究生进行半结构化访谈,收集一手资料,揭示五育融合在实践中的真实困境与需求。在此基础上,构建以课程思政为引领、学科交叉为支撑、导师育人为关键、综合评价为导向、多元协同为保障的“五育融合”实施体系,旨在推动研究生培养模式实现从专业能力导向综合素养提升的系统转型,为新时代研究生教育高质量发展提供理论参考与实践路径。
Abstract: To implement the educational policy and fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue and cultivating talent, this study addresses the new requirements for the comprehensive development of high-level talents in the new era. In response to practical challenges in current postgraduate education—such as the limited and singular provision of “Five-Education” content, structural imbalances, inadequate evaluation mechanisms, and a fragmented educational ecosystem—this research systematically explores the theoretical connotations and practical mechanisms for integrating moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education at the postgraduate level. Two universities of different types (one comprehensive, one normal) were selected as case studies. Through an analysis of postgraduate training programs and semi-structured interviews with 12 supervisors and 20 postgraduates, first-hand data were collected to reveal the actual dilemmas and needs concerning Five-Education integration. Based on the findings, an implementation system for Five-Education integration is constructed, guided by curriculum-based value education, supported by interdisciplinary approaches, centered on supervisor mentoring, oriented toward comprehensive evaluation, and safeguarded by multi-stakeholder collaboration. This system aims to promote a systematic transformation of postgraduate training from a professional competence-oriented model to one focused on enhancing comprehensive qualities, thereby providing theoretical references and practical pathways for the high-quality development of postgraduate education in the new era.
