高职院校“一站式”学生社区“两轮驱动·五维融通”的实践路径研究

Research on the Practical Path of “Two-Wheel Drive & Five-Dimension Integration” in the “One-Stop” Student Community of Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要: 在立德树人根本任务与职业教育高质量发展的双重要求下，高职院校“一站式”学生社区已成为延伸育人链条、强化阵地育人的关键载体。当前高职院校“一站式”社区建设虽已实现基础覆盖，但仍存在育人内涵挖掘不深等突出问题。基于学生社区运行情况，对其育人内涵进行界定，构建“两轮驱动・五维融通”的实践路径，推动学生社区从生活管理空间向综合育人阵地转型。

Abstract: Under the dual requirements of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and the high-quality development of vocational education, the “one-stop” student community in higher vocational colleges has become a key carrier for extending the education chain and strengthening the education function at the grassroots level. Although the construction of “one-stop” communities in higher vocational colleges has achieved basic coverage, there are still prominent problems such as insufficient exploration of educational connotations. Based on the operation of student communities, this paper defines its educational connotation, constructs a practical path of “Two-Wheel Drive & Five-Dimension Integration”, and promotes the transformation of student communities from a living management space to a comprehensive education position.
