Research on the Development Trends and Countermeasures of Career Planning and Professional Loyalty among College Students in New-Era Agricultural and Forestry Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要: 在乡村振兴与农业强国战略背景下，本文聚焦农林高职学生生涯规划教育与职业忠诚度的关联。研究剖析了当前规划意识淡薄与忠诚度“入校热、毕业冷”的结构性困境及其多维成因，提出涵盖理念重塑、课程重构及产教协同的五维干预路径，旨在破解教育与实践脱节难题，提升学生扎根基层的职业忠诚度。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of rural revitalization and the strategy of building an agricultural powerhouse, this paper focuses on the relationship between career planning education and professional loyalty among students in agricultural and forestry higher vocational colleges. The study analyzes the structural dilemma of weak planning awareness and the “enthusiasm upon enrollment, indifference upon graduation” pattern of professional loyalty, along with its multi-dimensional causes. It proposes a five-dimensional intervention pathway encompassing concept reshaping, curriculum reconstruction, and industry-education synergy, aiming to bridge the gap between education and practice and enhance students’ professional loyalty to grassroots service.
