“专思一体”进展式思政案例在内科护理学的应用效果
Application of Progressive Cases for “Clinical-Ideological and Political Integration” in Internal Medicine Nursing
摘要: 目的:探讨“专思一体”进展式思政案例在内科护理学教学中的应用效果,为护理专业课程思政建设提供可借鉴路径。方法:选择2021级护理1班为对照组,采用单情境思政案例教学;2022级护理1班为试验组,采用“专思一体”进展式思政案例教学。比较两组学生学习成绩、课程目标达成度、批判性思维能力、自主学习能力及教学质量的差异。结果:试验组学生理论、实验考核成绩均显著高于对照组(P < 0.05),知识、能力、价值目标达成度均高于对照组;课程结束后,试验组批判性思维能力、自主学习能力均显著优于对照组(P < 0.05);试验组学生对案例教学质量评价良好,认可度较高。结论:“专思一体”进展式思政案例教学可有效提升内科护理学教学质量,提高学生学习成绩、批判性思维能力及自主学习能力,实现专业能力与人文素养的协同培养,可在护理专业课程思政教学中推广应用。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of progressive cases for “clinical-ideological and political integration” in internal medicine nursing teaching, and to provide a reference path in nursing professional courses. Methods: Class 1 of the 2021 Nursing Cohort was selected as the control group, which adopted the single-scenario ideological and political case-based teaching method. Class 1 of the 2022 Nursing Cohort was set as the experimental group, which received the “clinical-ideological and political integration” progressive ideological and political case-based teaching intervention. Both groups had the same teaching conditions. The learning achievements, achievement of course objectives, critical thinking ability, autonomous learning ability, and teaching quality were compared. Results: The total scores of theoretical and experimental assessments for students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the achievement of knowledge, ability, and value objectives was higher than that of the control group. After the course, the critical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The students in the experimental group had a good evaluation of the case teaching quality and a high degree of recognition. Conclusion: “Clinical-ideological and political integration” progressive case teaching can effectively improve the teaching quality of internal medicine nursing, enhance students’ learning achievements, critical thinking ability, and autonomous learning ability, and achieve coordinated improvement in professional ability and humanistic literacy. It can be widely applied in course-based ideological and political education of nursing professional courses.
